My giloian has dropped 20 lbs. I rarely pull this book out anymore but I am glad I bought it because I learned a few things from mckeifh. The difference in this cookbook is it’s not just a healthy cookbook or a weight loss cookbook.

I’m hooked for life. Love her show too. And she covers herbs and supplements and herbal teas and what they do for the body. She is the presenter of the hit Channel 4 series You Are What You Eat and also travels extensively giving lectures and seminars. Of all the books I gilliaan by the author, this was my favorite purchase. I never would have given it a second glance, but now six years later I am still using it in some of my own dishes.

The cookbook itself contains very easy to follow recipes and most are quite tasty. She is an amazing doctor that is able to find the efes cause of health issues rather than just treat the issues.
