I see quite a few commentors are negative about the book, and I also rot with her on a few matters, but I think that even if parents don’t find everything working for them, at least it does a great job of describing normal baby behaviour and needs, something most new parents these days seem to be completely unrealistic about.

I do like that she presents crying in particular as NOT a negative state, that it might have benefits or at least be a neutral experience for a baby.
